General
The company was founded in April 2001 as a subset of T.A.Shore
Company Limited. Due to the Managing Director retiring the
remaining two Directors (Peter Shore and Nick Hamblin) decided
to take their respective sections of the company and operate
as two new companies, utilising the same staff.
Business Activity
The company designs and manufactures weighing, feeding and
control equipment for a variety of industries. The product
range includes bagging machines, continuous and loss-in-weight
weighers, throughput systems and control equipment.

Equipment has been supplied to many blue chip companies,
both in the UK and overseas. A full reference list is available
for each of the product sectors.
The company enjoys a good reputation as a reliable and co-operative
supplier of the most up to date equipment.

The company's annual returns and financial information are
filed up to date with the company's Registration Office.

The company is managed by a diverse and experienced management
team consisting of:
Mr Peter Shore B.Eng., Director, has a wide experience of
the company's products acquired over the past 15 years.
Mr Roger Marshall B.Sc., Product Manager, an expert in continuous
and belt weighing systems.
Mr Derek Ford, Mechanical Designer, formerly Chief Engineer
at Clyde Richard Simon Ltd for 35 years.
Premises
4000 square feet of mixed office and workshop space are occupied
at our current address.
